Recognizing Excellence In Production and Client Service
Boone Insurance Associates is proud to recognize the dedication and success of our downline agents. The BIA Agent Performance Circle highlights agents who demonstrate strong production, professionalism, and commitment to serving clients across all lines of business.
Agents earn recognition annually by achieving policy production milestones during the program evaluation period. Qualification is based on the total number of new policies written and issued through Boone Insurance Associates across all product lines, including Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Individual, and Group coverage.
Agents who meet the qualifying production thresholds will enter the BIA Agent Performance Circle at one of three levels: Silver, Gold, or Platinum. Each level reflects an increased level of achievement and includes recognition and business development support to help agents continue growing their practices.
This program recognizes overall production and professional achievement while maintaining compliance with CMS marketing regulations. No specific Medicare plan, carrier, or product type is prioritized within the program.
