Pacific Source:

• Registration for 2025 broker trainings is now OPEN
• Register for 2025 Broker Training
• If a broker is unable to attend one of these sessions or if a session is full, PacificSource will be offering pre-recorded online trainings. PacificSource will reach out to any brokers still needing to train by email in about a month with the info and link.

Providence:

• A link will be provided via email. You must access recertification via this link.
• Available July 11th 

Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield:

• Regence Portal – Available July 9th

Samaritan Health Plans

• Samaritan Health Plans Portal – Now Available
• Log in with your username and password
• Once on your agent dashboard, click “Register New”
• Enter the Registration Code, 2025Samaritan3141 and Submit
• 2025 program will be ready to complete

United Health Care:

• United Health Care -Jarvis Portal – Available June 21st
  • NOTE: If principal of agency, please ensure you are logging in to your individual account to access certification
  • Once logged in:
    • Go to Learning Lab under Knowledge Center
    • Continue to Dashboard
    • Some agents are eligible to complete “2025 Fast Track Certification”
    • If AHIP has been completed, select “UnitedHealthcare Certifications for AHIP

WellCare:

• WellCare Portal – Available July 16th
  • Log-in via single sign-on portal
  • Click Centene Workbench
  • On the left-hand side ribbon, click Training > Required Training
  • Click Start

FFM:

• FFM Portal – Available Now
  • To obtain FFM Certification, agents should follow these steps:
    • Create a CMS Enterprise Account
    • Request the FFM Agent Broker Role
    • Complete Remote Identity Proofing
    • Update your information on your MLM agent/broker profile
    • Complete the Marketplace training requirement
    • Read and acceot the applicable Marketplace Agreement(s)
    • Print (or save) your FFM Certification Completion Certificate
    • Confirm your registration by using the Registration Completion List
