AHIP:

• AHIP Direct Portal – Available June 22nd 
  • Work with select carriers for AHIP discount

Aetna/Silver Script (CVS/Caremark):

• Aetna Academy – Available June 23rd

Atrio:

• Atrio Portal – Available August 11th
• Certification Guide

Cigna/Healthspring:

• Healthspring for Brokers – Available July 1st 
  • Log in to HFB (link above) and click on Medicare Producers’ University from the Tools menu. You’ll be signed in automatically.
  • Complete all required training on your learning track or take advantage of our test-out option.
  • Complete your Medicare Basics Certification using one of the following options:
    • Launch and complete your AHIP certification directly from the learning track
    • Launch Pinpoint from your learning track
  • Check My Transcript to confirm all required trainings are 100% complete.

Devoted Health:

• Devoted Health Portal – Available June 23rd

Humana:

• Humana -Vantage Portal – Available Now
  • Log in to Vantage Portal
  • Scroll down to Education
  • Click Humana MarketPoint University
  • Click the pink banner that says “Required Training to Complete”
  • Click Enroll

Kaiser:

• Kaiser Evolve Login – Available August 4th
  • An email with instructions from: donotreply@evolvenxt.com will be sent to you.
  • Agents who have an EvolveNXT profile will be given a link to log in and access the Kaiser Permanente assigned training.
  • Agents who do not already have an EvolveNXT profile will receive a temporary username and password and link to create an account and password, then log in to access the assigned training.
  • If you do not receive an email from EvolveNXT:
    • Check your Spam folder first.
    • Validate email address, if different than what you used during certification last year, please verify with your upline that they have your preferred email address on record.

NABIP:

• NABIP Portal – Available Now

Pacific Source:

• PacificSource Portal – Available September 2nd

Providence:

• Providence Medicare certification is no longer available. Providence is not participating in agent recertification for the upcoming plan year.

Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield:

• Regence Portal – Available July 21st 
  • Login using your NPN as your username and last year’s password
  • If you do not know your password, select “Forgot Password” to reset it.

United Health Care:

• United Health Care -Jarvis Portal – Fast Track Available June 1st 
  • NOTE: If principal of agency, please ensure you are logging in to your individual account to access certification
  • Once logged in:
    • Go to Learning Lab under Knowledge Center
    • Continue to Dashboard
    • Some agents are eligible to complete “2027 Fast Track Certification”
    • If AHIP has been completed, select “UnitedHealthcare Certifications for AHIP

WellCare:

• WellCare Portal – Available July 21st
  • Log-in via single sign-on portal
  • Click Centene Workbench
  • On the left-hand side ribbon, click Training > Required Training
  • Click Start

FFM:

• FFM Portal
  • NOTE: Certification is only required for agents selling Marketplace plans in states that utilize the Federally Facilitated Marketplace (FFM). This certification is not required for Oregon Marketplace business.
  • To obtain FFM Certification, agents should follow these steps:

    • Create a CMS Enterprise Account
    • Request the FFM Agent Broker Role
    • Complete Remote Identity Proofing
    • Update your information on your MLM agent/broker profile
    • Complete the Marketplace training requirement
    • Read and accept the applicable Marketplace Agreement(s)
    • Print (or save) your FFM Certification Completion Certificate
    • Confirm your registration by using the Registration Completion List

Oregon Health Insurance Marketplace (Explore Health)

• Agents assisting consumers through Oregon’s state-based Marketplace (Explore Health) should follow Oregon Marketplace certification and registration requirements.

Regence IFP: 

• Producer Center
• The credentialing link is right at the top of your Producer Center. Just click it and enter your NPN.  If you don’t see the link, click the “View More Alerts” button at the top right. If you only want to do your primary market, great! To remove the others, just click the boxes to the left and then the purple box that appears which says “Remove.”
• If you fail the first time, just close the browser tab and go back to Producer Center and open the link again. (You may need to clear your cookies) The deadline to have this complete is October 31st by 5:00 PM PST.
