Meet Our Team

Chris Boone joined BIA in 2004, and currently holds the position of President and Sales Associate. He graduated from OSU in 2003, with a degree in Business Finance. He is actively involved in the Eugene Chamber of Commerce, the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU), and various other community organizations. He has been an Oregon licensed health & life agent since 2004.

Jennifer Sullivan joined BIA in 2013, and serves as the Client Sales Associate Team Lead as well as the Marketing Manager. Her primary focus is working with business clients, and brings a background of sales and service support from a variety of industries. She has been licensed as an Oregon health & life insurance agent since 2014.

Lainey joined BIA in 2013, and works on our Sales Team. She worked prior as a Pharmacy Technician. She has been licensed as an Oregon health insurance agent since 2013.

Renee Jensen joined BIA in 2013, and works as a Client Relations Associate. She has a background in Sales and Support Services and has been licensed as an Oregon health insurance agent since 2014.

Nicole Wooten joined BIA in 2020 and works as a Client Relations Associate. Nicole has a strong background in Administration and Customer Service.

Daniel Higa officially joined BIA in 2023 and works on our Client Sales Team. Daniel has a background in health insurance and customer service.

Caitlin Lackey joined BIA in 2023 and works on our Agent Relations and Sales teams. Caitlin has a background in law and customer service and is fluent in both English and Spanish.
